I've read that if you completed the Now or Never quest for Triss and if she leaves it cant be completed. However it did mention IF you did not romance her, which I did she acted like she was leaving but came back and they did their business in the lighthouse.

Triss left and I only saw her again by the end of the game. When I was able to talk to her again (after I finished her part of the final preparations quest) the nobleman statuette became active again on my quest list for some reason, even though I had already completed it. The soldier statuette also became active.
You definitely get the opportunity to complete the quest later in the game. I'm not sure what that guy is taking about. Just talk to Triss in Novigrad after Blindingly Obvious with the statuettes in your inventory.
I encounter almost the same issue except for having the option for Triss to check out the soilder's statuette right after rescuing Philippa. However after choosing this option and go to a hideout to decompress the statuette, the mission stucks there. Triss just stands inside the hideout without doing anything.
Once you've got the statue, go to her location at The Cooked House or Rosemary and Thyme, head upstairs, and show Triss the statuette. Triss will leave with you to case a spell, summoning a ...
After that I could progress in "The Soldier Statuette" after finishing "A Dangerous Game", in which you usually get the statuette itself. But I still had to wait for the "A Dangerous Game" quest to be finished before completing "The Soldier Statuette" quest. Important information: Triss' path was NOT started.
The Noble Statuette and The Soldier Statuette can be done :-Either before Now or Never-Or after Blindingly Obvious (this quest is in Act 3) Here is what you should do to give Triss the megascope crystal:-Don't do A Matter of Life and Death quest-After get the crystal from the cave, go right to Triss, give her the crystal
2- Completed both quests before Triss leaves Novigrad. In act 3, when I came back to Novigrad, both quests popped up again, but I couldn't talk to Triss and complete them, they remained there. For me, only the Nobleman statuette glitch happened where it reappeared again in Act 3.
